It is available for public review at the Village Office located at 914 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm until Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Homeowners seeking a review of their assessment may file a grievance on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the Village office located at 914 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. At this time any owner of real property, or the owner’s representative, may appear to contest or grieve their 2025-2026 Real Property Assessment.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Village of West Hampton Dunes will hold a Village General Election on Friday June 21, 2024. Polling will be conducted at 914 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes from 12:00 p.m. noon until 9:00 p.m.
The Election will be held for the following positions and terms:
Mayor – term of four (4) years (July 1, 2024- July 3, 2028)
Trustee – term of four (4) years (July 1, 2024-July 3, 3028)
Trustee – term of four (4) years (July 1, 2024-July 3, 3028)
Village Justice – term of four (4) years (July 1, 2024-July 3, 2028).
