PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Assessor of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes has completed and filed the Tentative Real Property Assessment Roll for the Tax Year 2025/2026 at the office of the Village Clerk on February 3, 2025. It is available for public review at the Village Office located at 914 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm until Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Homeowners seeking a review of their assessment may file a grievance on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the Village office located at 914 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. At this time any owner of real property, or the owner’s representative, may appear to contest or grieve their 2025-2026 Real Property Assessment.
