Notice of General Meeting for the Board of Trustees

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes will conduct a general meeting and a budget hearing on Thursday, April 10, at 906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes at 6 pm and via Zoom regarding the proposed tentative budget for the fiscal year 2025/2026 submitted by the Village Treasurer. Please take notice that the link and instructions for virtual viewing and participation in the meeting will be available on the Village of West Hampton Dunes website prior to the public hearing.

The Tentative Budget is available to be inspected by any interested person during regular business hours at the office of the Village Clerk.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF WEST HAMPTON DUNES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Westhampton Dunes will hold a Public Hearing on March 13, 2025 at 6:00 pm at 906 Dune Road West Hampton Dunes, New York 11978 regarding the granting of a cable television franchise agreement by and between the VILLAGE OF WEST HAMPTON DUNES and CSC Acquisition-NY, Inc. A copy of the cable television franchise agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at Village of Westhampton Dunes, Village 906 Dune Road West Hampton Dunes, New York 11978. At such public hearing all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement as necessary.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of West Hampton Dunes will conduct a Village General Election on Friday June 20, 2025. Polling will be conducted at the Village of West Hampton Dunes, Village Hall, located at 914 Dune Road, NY 11978 from 12 p.m. noon until 9 p.m.

The positions to be filled at the Village General Election are as follows:

Trustee – Term of four (4) years; (July 1, 2025 – July 2, 2029)
Trustee – Term of four (4) years; (July 1, 2025 – July 2, 2029)
